Legends of Kalidasia: Silex Road is done and now available on the Amazon Kindle Store. You can purchase the e-book for $0.99 through the store on the actual Kindle device or through any of the Kindle Apps on other mobile platforms. I’m planning to launch on other e-book stores very soon.
Silex Road tells the story of Abbi-Sian as she leads a platoon of Heragul soldiers into ground combat against Surakari forces and in the process discovers there is more to this desolate waste land of a planet then she ever imagined.
The Rise of the Surakari 2011 Deluxe Box Set is now available. This set is the best way to get starter with Legends of Kalidasia. It contains the 2011 edition of the rulebook, over 80 card stock tokens, 54 game cards, plastic tokens for tracking stats, and four pewter miniatures. The four miniatures are a Surakari Frigate, a Surakari Destroyer, a Heragul Frigate, and a Heragul Destroyer.

This new edition can be purchased from the Products Page for $50 + Shipping.
The print version of Rise of the Surakari 2011 will be released shortly as part of a deluxe box set, but until then, anyone who has purchased Rise of the Surakari can use their download code to get a digital version of the new rulebook. Rise of the Surakari 2011 is not a new edition of the game, in fact there are no rule changes. This book formally integrates many of the changes from version 1.1 and it explains several of the rule concepts in better detail. It also contains two new scenarios: Recover the Quartex Six and the Fall of Tyronna Four.
Also, anyone who purchases the current version of Rise of the Surakari, will be able to download the new version of the book.

Since I had received several comments about people having difficulties reading the weapon charts on the warship stat cards, I have produced a large and easy to read chart. This chart can be downloaded here:
Warship Load Out Chart[PDF].
On a related note, the Fleet Packs have updated cards which make the sensor and reactor system easier to read. All future print runs of the Kalidasia product line will be updated to use the Fleet Pack style of cards.

Shown above are the final designs for the Legends of Kalidasia: Rise of the Surakari Warship line. From left to right the figures are:
1) Surakari Frigate Prime
2) Surakari Destroyer
3) Surakari Battle Cruiser
4) Heragul Battle Cruiser
5) Heragul Destroyer Prime
6) Heragul Frigate Prime
The Heragul Seeking Missile Destroyer weapons will come with the Heragul Destroyer, so either configuration can be built from one box. As for the Surakari Plasma Missile Boat, I will be releasing a video shortly after the figures have been released showing how to mod the prime model. At this time, pricing information and a release date are not available, but the figures have been delivered to the manufacturer. In order to keep up with the latest new, subscribe to our newsletter. Figures will be provided unpainted and will require assembly.
The Surakari and Heragul Fleet Packs have been sent to the publisher. They should be available for sale in October 2010.
Prior to the launch of Legends of Kalidasia: Rise of the Surakari, I showed off a custom T-Shirt for the Heragul Empire. Today, that shirt is available for purchase through our Legends of Kalidasia Printfection Store.
