Youmacon 2011 Legends of Kalidasia Schedule
I can now confirm the details of the Legends of Kalidasia events at Youmacon 2011 and it will be a Kalidasia packed weekend. Grinder free for all battles will kick off on Saturday around 10:30 AM and run until a little bit after 4PM. After I get some dinner, It will be time for the main event. Beginning at 5PM, Surakari Forces will attack the moon of Minex Five. Pick your side and prepare for a chaotic battle which will affect a future battle in the Minex Five system.
The warfare continues on Sunday as I will be running Grinder Free for All battles from 10:30 AM until 4PM when the game room closes. Also, if you want to create your own scenario, stop by and I will help you put something together.
I post all the details about the Grinder Free For Alls once Youmacon gets a little closer. All events will be played with a release candidate of the Admiral Rules pack. The game room is located on the fifth floor of the Marriot Hotel and in a room I will later announce.
Ambush at Quatrail Five
Quatrail was the third Heragul controlled system to be attacked by the Surakari. Home to the Quartex Fleet, the Heragul forces fought with strength and perseverance against the invaders. However, an experienced fleet commander meant there was no coherent system-wide defense plan and half of the system’s planets fell within a few hours.
Quatrail five, a massive rocky world, served the Heragul as a mining facility. Over one of the largest moons, Captain Zy-Lian protected a military research station. During the initial attacks on Quatrail Five, she had been ordered to stay put and protect the station. As the Heragul forces began to lose the battle, scouts discovered a lightly guarded Surakari supply fleet hiding in the asteroid cluster that orbits Quatrail Five.
Disregarding orders, Zy-Lian personally lead an attack on the supply convoy hoping to destroy it before more Surakari could arrive…
This battle will be fought an Pro or Con Battlefields Spring 2011. Be there and help decide the fate of the Heragul Empire!
ConFusion 2011
Kalidasia Media Productions LLC will be attending ConFusion 2011. This science fiction convention is located in Troy, Michigan. I’ll be running a dealer table all weekend and possibly a game or two of Legends of Kalidasia. Also, I’m looking to release one or two new products at this convention. Legends of Kalidasia at WinterCon 2010
I’ll be attending WinterCon 2010 to run a vendor table and host at least one large scale Legends of Kalidasia battle. This event takes place at Oakland University in Rochester Hills Michigan and the dates are December 3rd and 4th 2010. More information about the event, including new product announcements will follow in the next few weeks. Keep an eye on the Events page for the latest information.
U-Con 2010: November 12th to the 14th
Kalidasia Media Productions will be attending U-Con 2010 on the campus of the University of Michigan. I’ll have a vendor table setup to sell a variety of Legends of Kalidasia merchandise. More information about my participation in the event can be found on the Events Page.
Rise of the Surakari Launch Event August 13th-14th
The launch event for Legends of Kalidasia: Rise of the Surakari will be held on August 13th and 14th at the Michicon 2010 Game Convention. Kalidasia Media Productions will have a vendor table set up for both days to demo the game and will have copies of Rise of the Surakari for sale at a discounted price. In addition, I’ll be hosting two battles set in the Rings of Minex Six. These battles are for up to six players each and will be held on the 13th and 14th at 7pm.
